Dana Canada Corp. is seeking a senior HR leader to drive strategic human resources initiatives across the organization, including labor relations, compensation and benefits, talent management, and organizational development.

The role requires at least a bachelor's degree (master's preferred) and professional HR certifications, with strong communication, change management, and regulatory compliance skills. As part of One Dana, you will partner with global teams to build business acumen,

Job Purpose
Education and Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Administration, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Industrial Relations, Human Resources, or a related field.

Preferred: Master’s degree in Human Resources Management, Labor Law, Organizational Development, Industrial Relations, or a closely related discipline. Professional certifications in Human Resources or Compensation & Benefits are considered an asset.
