The Hero Company in Mexico City is seeking a driven Phone Sales Recovery Agent to contact customers whose orders did not process, using calls, emails, and texts to recover incomplete sales. This base pay + commission role offers unlimited earning potential in a performance-driven environment.

You will work 35-40 hours weekly, with shifts 7am–9:30pm CST, including weekends. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, communicative, and comfortable dialing.

Formación

• Experience in phone sales or telemarketing is a plus, but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Call, email, and text customers whose order did not go through to recover sales.
• Engage with customers to address concerns and provide incentives to complete purchases.
• Follow up persistently to increase conversion rates.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
• Meet or exceed weekly or monthly sales recovery targets.
