Sun Coast Sciences in Mexico City is seeking a Phone Sales Agent to help restock loyal customers. You’ll contact customers, review history, and secure reorders with a friendly, consultative approach.

This is a base pay plus commission role with uncapped earning potential. You’ll work in a CRM and order management system, keep records current, and strive to hit weekly and monthly targets.

Formación

• Strong communication and listening skills for customer conversations.
• Experience with CRM and order management tools.
• Ability to maintain accurate customer records and follow processes.

Responsabilidades

• Call, text, and email existing customers to secure reorders before stock runs out.
• Handle a daily queue of reorder opportunities with consistent follow-up.
• Review purchase history to personalize conversations and offers.
• Recommend products and quantities aligned with each customer’s routine.
• Introduce complementary products to raise order value.
• Maintain CRM records and meet or exceed sales targets weekly and monthly.
