Sun Coast Sciences in Mexico City is seeking a Phone Sales Agent to help restock loyal customers. You’ll contact customers, review history, and secure reorders with a friendly, consultative approach.

This is a base pay plus commission role with uncapped earning potential. You’ll work in a CRM and order management system, keep records current, and strive to hit weekly and monthly targets.

Phone Sales Agent, Restock:

We are seeking a motivated and dedicated Phone Sales Agent to join our Restock team. In this role, you’ll reach out to loyal customers who are running low on the products they already know and love, and help them reorder before they run out.

These are warm conversations with people who have already bought from us and already like what we sell. You’re not cold calling. You’re the person who calls at exactly the right moment, makes reordering easy, and keeps their routine uninterrupted. This is a base pay + commission position with uncapped earning potential, making it perfect for individuals who thrive in a performance-driven environment.

What You’ll Do:

• Call, text, and email existing customers whose supply is running low, and secure the reorder before they run out.

• Work an assigned queue of reorder opportunities daily, following the established call and follow-up cadence.

• Review each customer’s purchase history and order details before you dial, so every conversation is accurate and personalized.

• Recommend the right product and the right quantity based on where the customer is in their routine.

• Introduce complementary products that pair well with what the customer already uses, and grow the value of every order.

• Follow up persistently and professionally across phone, SMS, and email to keep customers engaged and drive conversion.

• Build rapport with repeat customers so they look forward to hearing from you.

• Maintain accurate records of every customer interaction and sales activity in our CRM.

• Meet or exceed individual sales targets on a weekly and monthly basis.

What You Bring to The Table:

• Strong work ethic and self-motivation to drive sales results.

• Comfort and proficiency with manual dialing and reaching out to leads.

• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage customers via phone, email, and text.

• Comfort working inside a CRM and order management system, with strong attention to detail on customer records.

• A consultative approach, with the instinct to listen first and sell second.

• A positive attitude and a passion for sales.

• Ability to work independently and handle rejection with resilience.

• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

• Prior experience in phone sales or telemarketing is a plus, but not required.

Technical Must Have’s:

• We require a stable internet connection (50+mbps Up & down)capable of supporting seamless voice and zoom communications, and data transfer, with an Octane Speed of 20,000 or greater (https://chromium.github.io/octane/).

• A backup system for power and internet.

• A fast and reliable laptop or desktop computer, with working camera, and a working noise-cancelling headset. You will be on Zoom with your team throughout the day.

Compensation:

• Base pay

• 4+% commission on sales revenue (minus refunds). Your commission rate tiers up as you hit higher performance levels, so top producers earn a higher percentage on the same revenue.

• Uncapped earning potential

• Weekly and monthly performance bonuses, including top average order value, top weekly sales, QA excellence, and perfect attendance.

Schedule:

• Full time (35-45 hrs per week)

• Schedules vary between 9:00am and 7:00pm CT

• Must be available to work weekends
