MonetizeMore is a fully remote ad technology company delivering industry-leading solutions to a global audience. You’ll manage a broad portfolio of sites, optimizing paid traffic campaigns and on-site experiences to maximize revenue and ROAS.

You will leverage AI tools to create scalable workflows, run experiments, and push profitability with autonomy in a flexible, results-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Deep experience with paid traffic campaigns across platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads).
• Expert in optimizing Session RPM, Page RPM and ROAS with A/B testing.

Responsibilities

• Own a large portfolio of sites with AI-driven workflows to maximize profit growth.
• Scale winning campaigns and prune underperformers to sustain profitability.
• Own on-site monetization by tweaking layouts, navigation and user flows to maximize revenue.
