MonetizeMore is seeking a Performance Marketing Partner to own and optimize paid traffic campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other platforms. You will leverage AI-driven workflows to scale profitable traffic while maintaining ROAS targets and profitability.

Work remotely with a global team and flexible hours, and participate in in-person retreats. You will also contribute to on-site revenue experiments and content workflows to improve ad performance and monetization.

• Deep experience in paid traffic campaigns and ROI optimization.
• Experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads required.
• Familiarity with A/B testing on ad placements and navigation.

You are versatile enough to build and iterate on-site structures yourself, optimizing every user flow for maximum revenue.

Owner’s Mentality : You treat the company’s capital as your own, operating with full autonomy to unlock new revenue streams.

Your core expertise & skills Paid Traffic Operations: Deep experience in Google Ads (Search & Discovery) and Meta Ads is essential.

Experience with other buying platforms is a strong plus.

Yield & Session Optimization: Native fluency in Session RPM, Page RPM, and ROAS.

Experience conducting A/B tests on ad placements, pagination logic, and navigation to increase the value of every user session.

AI-Augmented Content Workflows: Advanced proficiency with LLMs and other automation tools to generate SEO-friendly content and ad creatives at scale with human in the loop workflows.
