Fanatics Collect is building its first engineering hub in Mexico City. As People and Workplace Lead, you will spearhead HR operations, onboarding, and day-to-day employee relations for a growing CDMX team, starting with launch readiness and moving to a full HR support function.

You will partner with global People Ops and Legal to ensure LFT compliance, fair practices, and a positive office culture as the hub scales to 40+ staff across engineering, data, design, and product.

Formación

• 3–6 years of HR generalist or HR operations experience.
• Strong knowledge of Mexican labor law (LFT) and IMSS.
• Full professional bilingualism in English and Spanish.
• Proven ability to handle sensitive HR matters with discretion.
• Comfortable operating independently in a developing local structure.

Responsabilidades

• Lead HR operations and onboarding for CDMX employees, including day-1 orientation and 30/60/90-day check-ins.
• Advise on HR policies, workplace concerns, and LFT-compliant practices.
• Support employee engagement, events, and culture-building activities in the office.
• Assist HR investigations, confidentiality, and process improvements with global People Ops.
• Help with performance management and disciplinary processes in coordination with Legal.
