Job summary

IFF, a global leader in flavors, fragrances, food ingredients and health & biosciences, is seeking an HR Operations professional for its Mexico City area. The hybrid role focuses on accurate HR data entry, system support, and compliance across the employee lifecycle.

You will manage queries, run reports, and help implement new HR modules in collaboration with cross-functional teams. A 2–4 year background in HR operations is preferred.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years in HR operations, HR systems administration, or HR analytics.
• Experience with HR systems such as Workday or SAP.
• Strong data accuracy, confidentiality, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for HR-related queries via multiple channels.
• Manage day-to-day HR data entry across HCM systems with high accuracy.
• Ensure compliance of employee data with policies and labor regulations.
• Support system enhancements, testing, and new HR modules.
• Generate HR reports to support leadership decision-making.
• Handle the People Operations inbox and respond to inquiries.
