The role is hybrid (Punto Polanco/Azcapotzalco) and involves serving as the first contact for HR queries, ensuring accurate HR data entry, and supporting HR system enhancements. The candidate will manage data across HCM systems, ensure regulatory and policy compliance, and generate HR reports to aid leadership decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in HR operations, HR systems administration, or HR analytics.
• Advanced English proficiency, with the ability to communicate clearly in professional environments.
• Experience with HR systems, including Workday, SAP, or similar systems.
• Demonstrated ability to manage sensitive data with accuracy, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
• Strong organizational skills to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for HR-related queries and provide Tier 1 support.
• Manage day-to-day HR data entry across multiple HCM systems with 100% accuracy.
• Ensure compliance of employee data with internal policies, labor regulations, and privacy standards.
• Support system enhancements, testing, and new HR module implementations.
• Handle and resolve employee queries within defined KPIs and escalate complex issues when needed.
• Generate regular and ad-hoc HR reports to support leadership decisions.
• Manage the People Operations inbox and respond to employee inquiries promptly.
• Create and issue employment documents such as contracts, starter packs, and termination letters.
