Munters Mexico is seeking a People & Culture Analyst to provide hands-on HR support within our manufacturing operations. The role collaborates with employees and leaders to support daily HR processes, employee relations, recruitment, workforce administration, and engagement initiatives.

You will contribute to a positive employee experience and help foster an effective, collaborative workplace. Join us to support DEI initiatives and drive people-centric programs across the organization.

Formación

• Provide day-to-day HR guidance and support to employees and leaders.
• Lead recruitment and onboarding for direct labor positions.
• Monitor HR metrics and employee relations; report trends.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as a key People & Culture contact for employees and leaders, providing day-to-day HR guidance and support.
• Monitor attendance, employee relations, and workplace climate, identifying trends and supporting appropriate follow-up actions.
• Manage employee administration, including hiring documentation, employee records, personnel changes, attendance-related processes, and terminations.
• Lead recruitment and selection for direct labor positions, including candidate sourcing, screening, interviews, hiring, and onboarding coordination.
• Monitor and report HR metrics and workforce indicators, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Coordinate employee engagement initiatives, internal communications, recognition activities, and company events.
• Support the implementation of People & Culture initiatives and programs that contribute to employee experience and business objectives.
