BIC World is seeking an HR Director Manufacturing NAM & LAM and Country HR Mexico to lead the People agenda across our manufacturing sites in North America and Latin America, including two facilities in Mexico. You will partner with regional and site leadership to align talent, culture, workforce strategies, and operations with business goals.

The role focuses on elevating leadership, culture, and people practices, overseeing payroll, benefits, compliance, employee relations, and experience

Formación

• Advanced degree in HR, Business Administration, Organizational Development or related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive HR leadership experience in manufacturing environments.
• Experience leading HR across multiple countries and cultures in multinational settings.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the HR strategy and execution across BIC World’s manufacturing facilities in NAM & LAM, ensuring alignment with business priorities and operational objectives.
• Serve as the Country HR leader for Mexico, ensuring compliant, high-quality HR operations and a consistent employee experience.
• Oversee payroll, benefits, time and attendance, compliance, employee relations, and HR governance across all functions in Mexico.
• Drive talent development, succession planning, leadership development, and culture initiatives to elevate manufacturing excellence.
