(MEX) is seeking a Production Manager to plan, coordinate, and control manufacturing, assembly and QC monitoring. You will ensure goods are produced efficiently at the right cost and quality, while maintaining safe operations. This role requires leading teams, reviewing lead times, releasing orders, coordinating with sales and other departments, and driving continuous improvement in safety, quality, delivery, and cost.

Formación

• Experience in planning, coordinating, and controlling manufacturing and packing processes.
• Strong focus on Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and Employee Morale.
• Ability to interact with multiple departments to meet budgets.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily operation of manufacturing and packing and ensure output quality.
• Review lead times, schedule orders, and release to production.
• Coordinate with other departments to align sales orders with budgets.
• Set and monitor yearly measurable metrics and implement 5S and safety programs.
• Train and supervise production associates and manage maintenance scheduling.
