Munters is seeking a People & Culture Analyst to provide hands-on HR support for manufacturing operations. You will collaborate with employees and leaders on daily HR processes, employee relations, recruitment, workforce administration, and engagement initiatives.

In this role, you will help create a positive employee experience and support a collaborative workplace, contributing to HR analytics and overall people strategy within the manufacturing environment.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as People & Culture contact for employees and leaders, providing HR guidance.
• Monitor attendance, employee relations, and workplace climate, identify trends.
• Manage employee administration including hiring docs, records, changes, attendance processes, terminations.
• Lead recruitment and selection for direct labor positions, including sourcing, screening, interviews, onboarding coordination.
• Monitor and report HR metrics and workforce indicators; identify improvement opportunities.
• Coordinate employee engagement initiatives, internal communications, recognition activities, and events.
• Support implementation of People & Culture initiatives and programs.

About the Role

We are looking for a People & Culture (P&C) Analyst to join our team and provide hands-on HR support to our manufacturing operations.

In this role, you will work closely with employees and leaders, supporting day-to-day HR processes, employee relations, recruitment, workforce administration, and engagement initiatives. You will play an important role in creating a positive employee experience and supporting an effective and collaborative workplace.

Main Responsibilities

• Serve as a key People & Culture contact for employees and leaders, providing day-to-day HR guidance and support.
• Monitor attendance, employee relations, and workplace climate , identifying trends and supporting appropriate follow-up actions.
• Manage employee administration , including hiring documentation, employee records, personnel changes, attendance-related processes, and terminations.
• Lead recruitment and selection for direct labor positions , including candidate sourcing, screening, interviews, hiring, and onboarding coordination.
• Monitor and report HR metrics and workforce indicators , identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Coordinate employee engagement initiatives, internal communications, recognition activities, and company events.
• Support the implementation of People & Culture initiatives and programs that contribute to employee experience and business objectives.
