People & Culture Analyst – Manufacturing Operations

Munters in Mexico is seeking a People & Culture Analyst to provide hands-on HR support to manufacturing operations, handling day-to-day HR processes, employee relations, recruitment, workforce administration, and engagement initiatives.

You will work closely with employees and leaders to create a positive employee experience and foster an effective, collaborative workplace. This role offers opportunities for professional growth within a dynamic team.

Responsabilidades

• Provide day-to-day HR guidance and support to employees and leaders.
• Monitor attendance, employee relations, and workplace climate, reporting trends as needed.
• Manage employee administration including hiring documentation, personnel changes, and terminations.
• Lead recruitment and selection for direct labor positions, including sourcing, screening, interviews, and onboarding coordination.
• Monitor HR metrics and workforce indicators and identify improvement opportunities.
• Coordinate employee engagement initiatives, internal communications, recognition activities, and company events.
• Support implementation of People & Culture initiatives that contribute to employee experience and business objectives.
