The Magnum Ice Cream Company in Mexico - Tultitlán is seeking a Payroll & Implementation Consultant to lead the end-to-end setup of blue-collar payroll and time & attendance using Strada. The initial 6-month project offers strong extension potential and a pathway to an indefinite role based on performance.

You will partner with Strada, Workday integrations, and internal HR teams, own discovery, design, configuration, testing, go-live, and hypercare, and must manage risk, timelines, and

Qualifications

• Experience with payroll and time & attendance implementations.
• Strong leadership and risk assessment capabilities.
• Vendor management and blue-collar workflows experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end payroll and T&A implementation for blue collar populations from initiation to go-live and hypercare.
• Coordinate with Strada and internal teams to manage timelines, integrations, and risk governance.
• Design end-to-end T&A and payroll workflows for factory environments, including weekly/bi-weekly payrolls, schedules, attendance and overtime.
• Perform SIT/UAT, data reconciliation, cutover planning, and knowledge transfer to BAU teams.
