Job summary

Magnum Ice Cream Company seeks a Payroll & Implementation Consultant to lead the end-to-end setup of our blue-collar payroll and time & attendance solution using Strada. This 6-month fixed-term project has strong potential for extension based on performance and milestones.

You will report to the Tech HR Payroll and T&A Programme Manager and collaborate with Strada and Workday teams, plus site operations, to ensure accurate payroll processing and a smooth go-live transition.

Qualifications

• Proven end-to-end payroll and T&A implementation experience.
• Experience with Strada and Workday integrations.
• Industrial/manufacturing payroll knowledge.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication.
• Advanced English proficiency (C1/C2).

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end payroll and T&A implementation for the Blue Collar population.
• Coordinate with external vendor Strada and internal teams on deliverables and timelines.
• Design end-to-end T&A and payroll workflows for factory environments including weekly/bi-weekly cycles.
• Perform risk assessments and define mitigation plans.
• Validate gross-to-net calculations and tax rules within Strada; perform variance analysis.
• Plan SIT/UAT, parallel payroll runs, defect management, data reconciliation, and cutover.
