Magnum Ice Cream Company is seeking a highly driven T&A & Payroll Implementation Project Lead to drive end-to-end rollout of our Time & Attendance and payroll systems. You will own projects from initiation through hypercare, coordinating with global stakeholders and Strada.

Formación

• Experience leading global T&A and payroll implementations.
• Hands-on Strada payroll vendor collaboration.
• Fluent English communication with global leadership.
• Experience with Workday and workforce management platforms.

Responsabilidades

• Lead full project life cycle from initiation to BAU.
• Oversee Strada integration with Workday and payroll platforms.
• Ensure weekly/bi-weekly payroll operations and data validation.
• Manage relationships across Global Leadership, HR, Payroll, IT, Operations.
• Define SIT, UAT, and Parallel Runs; ensure regulatory compliance.
• Drive change management and governance throughout the project.
