Job summary

Magnum Ice Cream Co. is seeking a driven T&A & Payroll Implementation Project Lead to own end-to-end rollout of Time & Attendance and payroll systems. You will lead cross-functional teams, manage Strada and other vendors, and ensure data integrity across Workday integrations.

You will drive process design, risk management, and governance while aligning global standards with local requirements. This role demands strong English communication and deep payroll expertise in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading Time & Attendance and Payroll implementations in global organisations.
• Hands-on work with Strada as payroll/vendor partner.
• Strong English communication to report to global leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead full project life cycle for T&A and Payroll implementation.
• Oversee vendor and system-integrator relationships (Strada, Workday, T&A, Payroll).
• Ensure weekly/bi-weekly payroll operations and data validation before production.
• Engage stakeholders across Global Leadership, HR, Payroll, IT, Operations, and Factory Management.
• Map processes, gather requirements, and perform gap analysis for joiners, movers, leavers, shifts, attendance, leave, overtime.
• Define SIT/UAT/Parallel Runs and manage risk, quality, and compliance.
• Drive change management, training, communications, and governance.
