Job summary

Magnum Ice Cream Co. seeks a Payroll & Implementation Consultant to lead a 6-month deployment of Blue Collar payroll and T&A using Strada.

The role requires coordinating with external vendors and internal teams, managing risks, and ensuring accurate payroll configurations across weekly/bi-weekly cycles. You will own the project end-to-end from discovery through go-live and hypercare, reporting to the Tech HR Payroll and T&A Programme Manager.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading end-to-end payroll & T&A implementations.
• Experience designing weekly/bi-weekly payroll in industrial environments.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication across organizational levels.
• Fluent in English (C1/C2) for global collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end payroll and T&A implementation for Blue Collar populations through go-live and hypercare.
• Coordinate with Strada and internal teams on deliverables, timelines and risks.
• Design end-to-end payroll/workflow configurations for weekly/bi-weekly cycles, shifts, attendance and overtime.
• Perform risk assessments across data, integration and configuration; define mitigation plans.
• Manage cutover, SIT/UAT, parallel runs and data reconciliation prior to production.
