Forvia is seeking a payroll administrator to ensure timely processing and accurate administration of the plant’s payroll system. You will handle system calendar follow-ups, employee support, attendance validation, and data entry for hires, terminations, and payroll changes.

You will also prepare reports on overtime, headcount, and personnel costs, ensure compliance with ethics and administrative rules, and participate in audits and HR meetings while supporting payroll-related projects.

Formación

• Experience with payroll administration and payroll systems.
• Strong understanding of labor regulations and compliance requirements.
• Ability to generate and interpret payroll reports and KPI metrics.
• Experience handling settlements and salary calculations.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure correct administration of payroll system and timely payments.
• Provide employee support and respond to payroll inquiries.
• Validate attendance, overtime, and related payroll incidents.
• Enter and update data in Global View for hires, terminations, absences, and salaries.
• Generate and deliver payroll reports and indicators.
• Support in payroll training and user profile creation in PASS.
