Forvia Monterrey is seeking a Payroll Administrator to manage the plant payroll system and ensure timely payments while complying with all employee-related legal requirements. You will oversee attendance, time clocks, and data entry in Global View for hires, terminations, absences, overtime and salary changes.

You will deliver overtime and headcount reports, monitor personnel costs and settlements, and support in IMSS submissions and benefits.

Formación

• Experience managing payroll and payroll incidents.
• Strong knowledge of payroll data entry and reporting.
• Ability to handle employee relations and data privacy.
• Proficiency with SAP and HR systems is required.

Responsabilidades

• Administer payroll calendar and ensure timely payments.
• Validate attendance vs incidents and manage timekeeping.
• Enter data into Global View (hires, terminations, absences, overtime).
• Prepare reports on overtime, headcount, and costs.
• Ensure compliance with Code of Ethics and company policies.
• Support in settlements, IMSS submissions, and benefits.
