One Mobility Group is seeking a Payroll Specialist to manage and maintain daily employee payroll transactions and personnel incidents for accurate payroll processing and employee compensation. You will serve as the primary liaison with Corporate on SAP reporting, maintenance, and updates, and resolve payroll inquiries from internal customers.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and maintain daily employee payroll transactions and personnel incidents for accurate payroll processing and employee compensation.
• Serve as the primary contact with Corporate regarding SAP system reporting, maintenance, and updates.
• Provide internal customer service by resolving employee inquiries related to payroll concepts, deductions, and pay statements.
• Administer, monitor, and apply employee benefits offered by the company.
• Participate in internal and external audits related to Accounting and Social Security compliance.
• Propose and implement continuous improvement initiatives and process automation projects to enhance payroll and HR operations.
• Knowledge of SAP payroll/accounting systems.
