Jobtailor in Mexico is seeking a payroll professional to manage daily payroll transactions and employee incidents, ensuring accurate compensation. You will liaise with Corporate on SAP reporting, maintenance, and updates, and support benefits administration.

The role emphasizes process improvement, knowledge of labor and tax legislation, and collaboration to optimize payroll operations and audits.

Formación

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar payroll role.
• Experience with SAP and Tress payroll/accounting systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of INFONAVIT, FONACOT, and payroll income tax (ISR).
• Understanding of labor and tax legislation.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact with Corporate regarding SAP system reporting, maintenance, and updates.

• Participate in internal and external audits related to Accounting and Social Security compliance.
