IBM Consulting seeks an experienced SAP HR Specialist to drive the implementation of SAP HR Compensation Management, Payroll and Benefits. You will leverage your expertise to integrate packaged technology into client environments, handling planning, configuration, testing, rollout, and post-implementation support.

The role requires deep knowledge of SAP Payroll, benefits modules, and country-specific payroll regulations.

Formación

• Strong knowledge of SAP Payroll and related modules.
• Experience with EC Payroll, H4S4, and payroll integrations.
• Knowledge of country-specific payroll regulations, tax, and year-end activities.

Responsabilidades

• Support the implementation of SAP HR Compensation Management, Payroll and Benefits module in client environments.
• Perform fit analysis and configure the SAP HR system to meet client needs.
• Resolve configurations and functional issues in the SAP HR compensation module; ensure post-implementation support.
• Test and rollout SAP HR solutions to achieve client business results.
