Job summary

FedEx Express Latin America and Caribbean Division is seeking a Payroll Administrator to provide payroll support, ensure timely processing, and resolve inquiries from employees, vendors, and tax authorities. This role also involves maintaining accurate payroll records and ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local requirements.

You will collaborate with HR, Finance, and other teams in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment, following detailed procedures while safeguarding

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• Two years of experience in a high-volume transactional environment such as payroll, accounting, data entry, information systems, or customer service.
• Demonstrated ability to follow detailed, step-by-step written instructions and checklists.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage confidential information.
• Good human relations and communication skills, both verbal and written in English.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely and accurate disbursement of employee wages in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Support accurate and timely payment of federal, state, and local payroll taxes and corporate liabilities.
• Research and resolve payroll inquiries from employees, vendors, and taxing authorities.
• Maintain accurate payroll records while ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, and other internal teams to resolve payroll-related issues.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
