FLSmidth is seeking a Payroll Specialist to manage monthly US & Canada payrolls, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timeliness. You will coordinate with internal teams and external providers, maintaining payroll records and supporting audits.

• 5+ years of experience with US & Canada payroll.
• Strong English communication, both written and spoken.
• Ability to handle high-volume payroll processing with accuracy.

Responsabilidades

• Process monthly payroll for US & Canada payrolls, ensuring accuracy, compliance and timeliness
• Collaborate with internal teams and external providers to collect, validate and submit payroll data
• Maintain accurate payroll records and support documentation for audits and compliance purposes
• Respond to employee questions related to payroll & payslips in a clear and professional manner
• Assist with payroll reporting and reconciliations, including monthly variance analysis and internal reviews
• Monitor legislative changes and coordinate with our external providers to ensure payroll remains compliant with local laws
• Adhere to our team’s KPIs and SLAs
• Pitching in with process improvements – we love people who say “Hey, I think this could be done simpler.”
