Weidmann Group is seeking a Payroll Accountant for an on-site role in Arteaga (Saltillo, Coah. Mx). You will ensure accurate payroll processing, maintain compliance with Mexican labor regulations, and support financial reporting for a global transformer industry leader.

Responsibilities include calculating payroll taxes, managing CFDI stamping, and coordinating with IMSS/INFONAVIT. A Bachelor’s degree and 3–5 years of payroll experience are required, with strong attention to detail and English

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Public Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in payroll processing and labor accounting.
• Strong knowledge of Mexican labor legislation, ISR on salaries, LSS, LFT, IMSS, INFONAVIT, and CFDI payroll stamping.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure accurate, timely payroll accounting, including records, reconciliations, provisions, taxes, and social security obligations.
• Maintain integrity of payroll information and support financial reporting with compliant processes.
• Handle CFDI payroll stamping and integration of stamped vs paid.
• Coordinate with IMSS and INFONAVIT regarding registrations, terminations, and salary modifications.
• Prepare severance checks and payroll-related tax calculations.
