RADIALL S.A. in Sonoyta, Sonora, Mexico, seeks a Payroll Accountant to ensure accurate, timely payroll processing, tax calculations (ISR, IMSS, INFONAVIT, ISN), and alignment with corporate accounting.

The role covers end-to-end payroll, data administration, offboarding, journal entries, CFDI stamping, and SAP/BPO synchronization, with emphasis on compliance and process improvements for a global environment.

Formación

• 4+ years of experience as a Payroll Accountant or Payroll Analyst in global environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting / Contaduría Pública is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of Mexican tax laws (LISR, LSS, LFT) and state taxes.
• Proficient in ERP systems (SAP preferred) and BPO environments.

Responsabilidades

• End-to-End processing and validation of weekly payroll and special payments.
• Calculate and withhold payroll taxes (ISR, IMSS, INFONAVIT, ISN) and manage portal submissions.
• Generate payroll-related journal entries, provisions and reconciliations.
• Handle CFDI stamping and ensure accuracy of payroll receipts each month.
