Citigroup Inc. in León, Mexico seeks a Product Sales Senior Supervisor to lead medium-sized clerical and support teams within the sales area. You will oversee daily tasks, guide performance, and ensure adherence to regulatory and ethical standards while improving process efficiency.

You will partner with relationship managers to analyze portfolios, train staff on product offerings, and maintain strong customer engagement, risk governance, and compliance across the regional operation.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of financial sales experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience supervising small teams and managing daily tasks.

Responsabilités

• Support the sales team to sell products to the existing base through portfolio analysis and customer risk profiling.
• Disseminate information on industry trends and analyze for meaningful sales engagement.
• Train relationship managers and ensure completion of regulatory training and certifications.
• Ensure customer engagement by organizing meetings and presenting product offerings.
• Oversee regional compliance and risk management in daily operations.
