Job summary

Citigroup Inc. is seeking an Analyst in Product Sales Intmd within Mexico City to support sales delivery and drive growth initiatives. The role requires analytical thinking, attention to detail, and collaboration across teams to maximize cross-sell opportunities and operational efficiency.

You will liaise with sales, branches and partners to implement strategies, deliver training, and ensure compliant, timely reporting of results. A Bachelor's degree and banking experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of banking experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support sales delivery to internal and external partners through dual delivery model.
• Support internal and external growth initiatives communicated to team.
• Disseminate communications.
• Provide support on increasing and capturing cross-sell opportunities.
• Increase efficiencies of daily sales and operational activities.
• Report sales results and reasons for successes.
• Support sales executives with training and growth initiatives.
• Liaise between sales teams and branches on initiatives.
• Represent sales on development of strategies and programs to partner with the bank.
• Partner with sales leadership to deliver activities, programs and promotions on monthly sales and marketing calls.
• Liaise with partners to develop marketing opportunities to maximize growth in sales and customer acquisition.
