PepsiCo is hiring a Complementary Inputs Analyst (Payroll Inputs Jr) in Monterrey, MX. The role focuses on executing payroll-related transactions, updating employee data, and ensuring accuracy and compliance for the US population.

You will partner with HR, local leaders, and operations to resolve issues and maintain data integrity. Ideal candidates have payroll operations experience, degree in HR/business/finance, and strong attention to detail; English proficiency is preferred.

Formación

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Experience in Payroll Operations, Human Resources Administration, Shared Services, or related field.
  • Experience processing employee transactions and payroll-related activities.
  • Experience handling high-volume processes with accuracy and quality.
  • Advanced English preferred.

Responsibilities

The Opportunity

This opportunity is based in Monterrey, MX. The Complementary Inputs Analyst is responsible for executing payroll-related transactions and employee data updates for the US population, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely processing of payroll inputs. This role serves as a key operational partner to Human Resources, local leaders, and other stakeholders by managing employee transactions, validating payroll-related information, and resolving issues that may impact payroll processing. The position plays a critical role in maintaining data integrity, supporting payroll controls, and delivering a high level of service to internal customers

Your Impact

As Payroll Inputs Jr Analyst your functions would consist of:

  • Process and validate Complementary Input requests, including one time payments, union dues, special payments, and another payroll-related transactions.
  • Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and compliance of employee data updates and payroll inputs prior to payroll processing.
  • Perform critical validations and control activities to identify discrepancies, mitigate risks, and ensure payroll accuracy.
  • Partner with Human Resources, local management, and other stakeholders to address exceptions, resolve issues, and communicate situations requiring special attention.
  • Investigate transaction discrepancies and collaborate with relevant teams to resolve issues in a timely manner.
  • Maintain compliance with established payroll policies, procedures, and service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Support payroll cycle activities and operational priorities while ensuring a high standard of quality and customer service.
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and service delivery.
  • Document operational procedures and support knowledge-sharing activities within the team.
Qualifications

Who Are We Looking For?

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Experience in Payroll Operations, Human Resources Administration, Shared Services, or a related field.
  • Experience processing employee transactions and managing payroll-related activities.
  • Experience handling high-volume operational processes while maintaining accuracy and quality standards.
  • Advanced English preferred.
