Epiroc seeks a Payroll & HRIS Analyst in Mexico City to support payroll and HR administration within a hybrid work setup. The role requires HRIS expertise, 3+ years of experience, and strong English communication.

You will handle master data, internal reporting, and liaise with external providers to ensure compliant payroll processing. Collaborating across regional and global teams under the One HR philosophy, you will drive process improvements, maintain confidentiality, and support

Formación

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Payroll and/or HR Administration roles.
• Fluency in English (spoken and written) is mandatory.
• Strong understanding of HRIS and payroll practices and basic accounting principles.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain and update HR master data in alignment with legal reporting standards and policies.
• Collaborate with HR colleagues locally, regionally, and globally under the One HR philosophy.
• Manage external providers such as payroll, Time & Attendance, relocation, tax, and pension vendors.
• Generate ad-hoc reports for internal stakeholders while maintaining confidentiality.
• Manage HR Administration tickets via Service Now and ensure timely resolution.
• Prepare payroll financial reports aligned with accounting standards.
• Collaborate on payroll and tax administration for international assignments.
