Epiroc is seeking a Payroll & HR Administration Manager – LATAM to lead payroll governance and HR administration across multiple LATAM countries, supporting ~2,500 employees and guiding a team of 4–5 specialists. You will drive system implementations, ensure compliance and partner with regional teams and external providers.

The role is hybrid in Polanco, Mexico City, and requires fluency in Spanish and English, with Portuguese desirable to support cross-country initiatives.

Formación

• 5–7+ years of experience in Payroll and HR Administration, regional or multi-country roles.
• Experience managing payroll across LATAM countries.
• Experience leading payroll system implementations and migrations across multiple countries.

Responsabilidades

• Lead multi-country payroll operations across LATAM ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Oversee the payroll system implementation and transformation workstream across LATAM.
• Develop standardized payroll governance, controls, SLAs and KPIs for the region.
• Manage and develop a team of 4–5 Payroll & HR Administration Specialists.
• Partner with payroll vendors and local HR teams to validate calculations and reporting.
• Oversee HR administration processes, data integrity, and HR systems.
• Coordinate with HR, Finance, IT, global teams and external vendors on integrations and improvements.
• Support payroll reporting, audits, tax administration, forecasting, and regional compliance.
