IFF is seeking an HR Operations professional for their hybrid role in Mexico City (Azcapotzalco/Polanco). The role focuses on Tier 1 HR support, data entry across HCM systems, data privacy, and reporting. Be part of a global leader delivering sustainable innovations.

Minimum 2–4 years in HR operations or analytics with advanced English; experience with Workday or SAP; strong data confidentiality and organization skills are essential. Portuguese is a plus.

• 2–4 years of experience in HR operations, HR systems administration, or HR analytics.
• Advanced English proficiency for professional communication.
• Experience with HR systems (Workday, SAP or similar).
• Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive data with high accuracy and discretion.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the first point of contact for HR-related queries via multiple channels.
• Enter and manage HR data across HCM systems with high accuracy.
• Ensure compliance of employee data with policies and regulations.
• Support system enhancements, testing, and new HR modules.
• Generate regular and ad-hoc HR reports for leadership decisions.
