You will handle deductions, year-end procedures, W-2s, and respond to payroll inquiries while maintaining records and ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local laws. Excellent English and attention to detail are essential.

Qualifications

• BA degree in a relevant field.
• Excellent English written and verbal skills.
• Strong communication and customer-service abilities.
• Minimum 2 years of payroll experience.
• Workday experience preferred.
• Proficient with MS Office and payroll software.

Responsibilities

• Process weekly and bi-weekly payrolls for US & Canada.
• Prepare reports, reconciliations, and year-end procedures.
• Ensure deductions, garnishments, and 401K loans are accurate.
• Respond to payroll inquiries and verifications.
• Maintain records and procedures; ensure legal compliance.
• Perform special projects as needed.
