INNTECI - QUID - BGWI is seeking a Payroll Analyst to join our team in a on-site role in Zapopan. The successful candidate will ensure accurate and timely payroll processing, verify time records, calculate deductions and taxes, and maintain payroll documentation for audits.

Responsibilities include collaborating with HR and Finance, staying updated on labor laws and tax regulations, and generating management reports for data-driven decisions.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business, or related field.
• Experience with payroll processing and regulatory compliance.
• Familiarity with SAP, Workday or ADP payroll systems.

Responsabilidades

• Process and review payroll transactions for accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Verify time records and resolve discrepancies before payroll submission.
• Calculate deductions, taxes and benefits accurately.
• Maintain payroll records and support audits and reporting.
• Stay updated on local labor laws and tax regulations.
• Collaborate with HR and Finance to resolve payroll inquiries.
• Generate payroll reports and assist with data analysis.
