Amazon seeks an experienced payments professional to lead the strategy and execution of the Mexico payments experience for Amazon.com.mx, focusing on optimizing payment journeys, improving acceptance rates, and driving payment method adoption.

This role blends analytical rigor with customer obsession in a high-ambiguity environment, partnering with multiple teams to reduce friction and improve key payment metrics.

Formación

• 5+ years of program or project management experience.
• +6 YOE evaluating and improving customer journeys.

Responsabilidades

• Payment Experience Management: Lead end-to-end payment experience strategy across all payment methods.
• Performance Optimization: Improve approval and payment success rates and wallet penetration.
• Cross-functional Leadership: Collaborate with Payment Operations, Fraud, Technology, Prime, and Digital teams.
• Strategic Planning: Define frictionless payments UX and wallet health strategies.
• Analytics and Reporting: Monitor checkout metrics and build dashboards for payment performance.
