Job summary

FIS seeks a Product Manager to drive growth strategies and market positioning for payments solutions across Latin America. You will partner with product, sales, clients, and partners to set pricing, positioning, and events while guiding enhancements from product requirements.

The role requires proven product management in payments, strong communication, and the ability to present to executives; you must reside in Mexico and have advanced English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Experience in the Payments industry, preferably cards processing.
• Proven product management development experience driving innovation and market positioning.
• Outstanding written and oral communication skills, including executive presentations.
• Advanced English level and Mexico resident eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Works with product managers, sales, clients, and partners to define growth strategies and pricing, communications, and events for Latin America.
• Collaborates with application architects to deliver enhancements on existing and new products based on product team requirements.
• Identifies emerging markets and niche opportunities for existing and new products.
• Oversees market analysis, competitive activity, and capability alignment.
• Leads planning, due diligence, and implementation of strategic business objectives.
• Educates sales and relationship teams and other entities about product opportunities and competitive landscape.
• Keeps knowledge current on trends and products within assigned areas.
• May assist with special studies on operational effectiveness, capacity utilization, and cost containment.
