Paystand, the world’s leading blockchain-enabled B2B payments network, is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own the full product lifecycle of our payments platform. You will bridge engineering and business value, drive the roadmap, and unblock squads to ship robust features.

You will collaborate on API design, data schemas, and ERP integrations, while defining KPIs/OKRs and ensuring security and compliance across channels. This role is primarily on-site in Mexico.

Formación

• 5+ years of Product Management experience in B2B SaaS, fintech, or complex platforms.
• You are an operator who enjoys working with engineers to solve blockers.
• You can discuss APIs, data schemas, and cloud-native architectures with engineers.
• You have a track record of shipping complex features in fast-paced environments.
• You can break down AR/AP, reconciliation, and ERP integration into components.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end product development lifecycle for Paystand's B2B payments platform.
• Bridge technical complexity and user value, unblocking engineering squads.
• Define KPIs and OKRs and drive the product roadmap with cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate with engineering and partners to improve payment gateway integrations and APIs.
• Improve payment workflows, reliability, scalability and security across channels.
