DiDi Shop is seeking a Commercial Manager to drive growth by identifying and securing new business opportunities with partners. You will manage the onboarding process and coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth integrations.

You will also help create and implement commercial strategies with key partners to guarantee user value on DiDi Shop, reporting KPIs to Leadership and steering negotiations with suppliers.

Formación

• 4+ years in business development or sales, preferably in e-commerce, retail, or technology sectors.
• Strong negotiation and ability to establish partnerships.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Data management or analytics experience is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with internal teams to onboard and integrate new partners into DiDi Shop.
• Analyze market trends and monitor competitor activities to stay ahead.
• Provide KPI and business development reports to the Leadership Team.
