Job summary

You will also shape commercial strategies with key partners to maximize user value on DiDi Shop, collaborating across teams and reporting KPI progress to leadership.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in business development or sales (8+ years) in e-commerce, retail, or tech.
• Strong negotiation and partnership-building abilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Experience with data-driven decision making.
