Job summary

DiDi Global in Mexico City is seeking a Commercial Manager for DiDi Shop to drive growth by identifying and securing new business opportunities. You will manage the full process from lead generation through negotiation and onboarding of new partners.

Collaborate with internal teams to develop commercial strategies with key partners, analyze market trends, and provide KPI reports to the Leadership Team to ensure user value and sustained partnership success.

Qualifications

• Proven experience (+4 years) in business development or sales, preferably in e-commerce, retail, or technology sectors.
• Strong negotiation skills and ability to establish partnerships.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organized with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Data Management.

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and integration of new partners into DiDi Shop.
