Kyndryl Inc. is seeking a Delivery Management Lead in Guadalajara, Jalisco, Mexico.

This hybrid role focuses on delivering high-quality IT services, coordinating with Delivery Partners, SREs, and customer teams to design, deploy, and operate reliable systems within contractual frameworks. The ideal candidate brings 5+ years in delivery leadership, strong knowledge of Kyndryl competencies, and hands-on experience with incident, change, and problem management.

Formación

• 5+ years leading delivery teams and ensuring quality IT services for customers.
• Strong knowledge of Kyndryl competencies, managed platforms, IT services and technology vendors.
• Experience guiding teams through incident, problem and change management, with root cause analysis.
• Ability to partner with Delivery Partners and work with SREs to achieve positive customer outcomes.
• Hands-on AIOps knowledge, automation mindset and drive for innovation.
• Excellent direct interaction with customers and ability to manage expectations.
• Empowering delivery resource manager who fosters team growth.
• Experience with FinOps across multi-cloud environments.

Responsabilidades

• Lead delivery teams to provide high-quality IT services within contractual norms.
• Collaborate with Delivery Partner, Architects, and SREs to design and run reliable systems.
• Coach engineers and technicians to resolve incidents and optimize operations.
• Drive customer-focused outcomes through proactive communication and governance.
• Champion automation and AIOps initiatives to improve efficiency.
