Kyndryl in Guadalajara, Mexico, is seeking a Delivery Management Lead to own service delivery within contractual frameworks. You will guide a team of field engineers, technicians, system administrators, and SREs to design, deploy, and run reliable IT services that meet the customer's evolving needs.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience leading delivery teams and quality services to customers.
• Sound knowledge of Kyndryl competencies, managed platforms, IT services, technology vendors
• Experience in leading teams through incident, problem and change management, as well as root cause analysis
• Ability to partner with Delivery Partner(s) and work with SREs to generate positive customer outcomes
• AIOps hands-on knowledge, automation and innovation-oriented mindset
• Well versed for direct and constant interaction with the customer
• Sympathetic and empowering delivery resource manager, fostering growth
• Extensive experience in FinOps management across multi-cloud environments, with a focus on AI-driven cost optimization.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver service to the customer within contractual framework and lead practitioners to ensure high quality IT services.
• Own technical and managerial support to field engineers, technicians, system administrators, and product support personnel.
• Respond to incidents, problems, changes, escalations, and fix malfunctioning services.
• Collaborate with Delivery Partners, Architects, and SREs to design, deploy, and run reliable systems.
• Lead and guide the delivery team to exceed customer expectations.
