Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience leading delivery teams and ensuring quality IT services.
• Strong knowledge of Kyndryl competencies and managed platforms.
• Experience in incident, problem and change management; able to perform root cause analysis.
• Ability to partner with Delivery Partners and work with SREs to drive positive customer outcomes.
• Hands-on experience with AIOps, automation and innovation.
• Excellent direct, ongoing interaction with customers and stakeholders.
• Experience in FinOps management across multi-cloud environments.
