Job summary

In this role you will lead engineers and partners, own incidents, changes and problem management, and collaborate with SREs to design reliable systems, while focusing on customer outcomes and FinOps/AIOps enablement. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience leading delivery teams and ensuring quality services to customers.
• Deep knowledge of Kyndryl competencies, managed platforms, IT services and vendors.
• Experience leading teams through incident, problem and change management; skilled in root cause analysis.
• Ability to partner with Delivery Partners and work with SREs to achieve positive customer outcomes.
• Hands-on knowledge of AIOps, automation and an innovation-minded approach.
• Strong ability to interact directly and continually with customers.
• Extensive experience in FinOps across multi-cloud environments, with a focus.

Responsibilities

• Owns technical and managerial support for field engineers, technicians, system administrators, and product support personnel delivering IT services.
• Leads practitioners to deliver high-quality and reliable IT services aligned to customer needs.
• Partner with Delivery Partners, Architects, and SREs to design, deploy and run reliable systems and services.
• Responds to incidents, problems, changes, escalations, and situations needing swift resolution to fix issues.
