Blacksmith Agency is seeking a Paid Media Account Strategist to own paid media for a portfolio of B2B and growing-brand clients. You will guide targeting, budgets, roadmaps, and narrative during client calls, acting as the strategic voice at the table.

You bring 3+ years of hands-on Google Ads and Meta experience and a proven track record of ROAS/CPA improvements. Expect agency-wide collaboration and direct interaction with US clients on live calls.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Own paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
• Manage budget calls, bidding, targeting and creative testing.
• Ensure accurate conversion tracking with GA4, Tag Manager and platform pixels.
• Develop 90-day and quarterly roadmaps for each client and articulate performance on calls.
• Drive account growth through retention, upsell, and long-term relationships.

You are the strategic voice at the table, and you make the calls.

What You Will Own

• Paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing, and when to kill a campaign.
• Conversion tracking and attribution you can trust: GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.
• The 90 day and quarterly roadmap for each client, and the story behind the numbers on the call.
• Account growth: retention, upsell and the long-term relationship.

What You Bring

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized the campaigns yourself.
• A record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers you can walk us through.
• Agency experience across several clients at once.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.
