Job summary

Blacksmith Agency LLC is seeking a Paid Media Manager for urgent care clients. You will own paid media strategy, manage budgets, run campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads, and own the narrative on client calls.

You will lead 90-day roadmaps, optimize campaigns for ROAS, and drive growth through retention and upsell while communicating clearly with US-based clients in live calls. This is a fully remote role for multi-location accounts.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta; direct campaign ownership.
• Proven ability to move ROAS, CPA, or pipeline numbers.
• Experience managing multiple clients in an agency setting.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.
• Experience with urgent-care or multi-location businesses is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for client accounts.
• Handle budget allocation, bidding, targeting, testing, and pruning campaigns.
• Ensure accurate conversion tracking with GA4, Tag Manager, and platform pixels.
• Develop 90-day and quarterly roadmaps and explain the numbers on client calls.
• Drive account growth through retention, upsell, and long-term relationships.

About The Role

Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency. As Paid Media Manager, Urgent Care you own paid media for a book of urgent care clients (urgent care groups running many sites): the targeting, the budget calls, the roadmap and the narrative when the client asks why. You are the strategic voice at the table, and you make the calls.

What You Will Own

• Paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing, and when to kill a campaign.
• Conversion tracking and attribution you can trust: GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.
• The 90 day and quarterly roadmap for each client, and the story behind the numbers on the call.
• Account growth: retention, upsell and the long-term relationship.

What You Bring

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized the campaigns yourself.
• A record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers you can walk us through.
• Agency experience across several clients at once.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.
