Job summary

Blacksmith Agency LLC is seeking a Paid Media Manager (Urgent Care portfolio) to own paid media strategies for multi-site urgent care clients.

You will run campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads, manage budgets, test creatives, and communicate the story behind the numbers to clients during calls with US teams. Experience in agencies handling several clients concurrently is required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta campaigns.
• Proven ROAS/CPA improvements you can demonstrate.
• Agency experience across multiple clients.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.
• Paid media for multi-location businesses is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for client accounts.
• Budget allocation, bidding, testing and when to kill campaigns.
• Conversion tracking and attribution with GA4, Tag Manager and platform pixels.
• 90 day and quarterly roadmaps for each client and the story behind the numbers.

About The Role

Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency. As Paid Media Manager, Urgent Care you own paid media for a book of urgent care clients (urgent care groups running many sites): the targeting, the budget calls, the roadmap and the narrative when the client asks why. You are the strategic voice at the table, and you make the calls.

What You Will Own

• Paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing, and when to kill a campaign.
• Conversion tracking and attribution you can trust: GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.
• The 90 day and quarterly roadmap for each client, and the story behind the numbers on the call.
• Account growth: retention, upsell and the long-term relationship.

What You Bring

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized the campaigns yourself.
• A record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers you can walk us through.
• Agency experience across several clients at once.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.
• Paid media for urgent care or similar multi-location businesses is a strong plus.
