You will guide campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads to drive ROAS and growth for multi-location brands, coordinating testing, optimization and reporting on client calls.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: built, run and optimized campaigns.
• Proven track record improving ROAS/CPA/pipeline figures.
• Agency experience managing multiple clients concurrently.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.

Responsibilities

• Own paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads.
• Manage budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing.
• Set up and trust conversion tracking: GA4, tag manager, platform pixels.
• Develop 90-day and quarterly roadmaps for each client and narrate the numbers.
• Drive account growth: retention, upsell and long-term relationships.

You are the strategic voice at the table, and you make the calls.

What You Will Own

• Paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing, and when to kill a campaign.
• Conversion tracking and attribution you can trust: GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.
• The 90 day and quarterly roadmap for each client, and the story behind the numbers on the call.
• Account growth: retention, upsell and the long-term relationship.

What You Bring

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized the campaigns yourself.
• A record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers you can walk us through.
• Agency experience across several clients at once.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.
• Paid media for urgent care or similar multi-location businesses is a strong plus.
